Endpoint 3.5 Coprocessor Update

This guide is to be used in the situation where a device has outdated coprocessor firmware. It applies to devices sold in H1 2019 and earlier that need to be updated to LTE modems.

NOTE: Device must be powered when programming

1. Contact Altrac support for the programmer ([e-mail])

2. Remove screws from EP

3. Slide PCB up to expose program port

4. Plugin keyfob programmer to the port and click the red button. If successful, the programmer will flash green blinks. If unsuccessful, the programmer will flash red. If successful, you will also see the modem on the PCB reset itself

5. Replace screws in EP3.5
