Learn how to install the Altrac wiring harness for the engine below. Once installed, the Altrac Station will have access to power as well as readings from various sensors on the engine.

Installation Instructions
Before you attempt a wiring harness installation, you must unhook the wind machine battery and turn the Manual-Off-Auto switch to the OFF position.
Step 1
Disconnect the wind machine battery.
Step 2
Connect the black ground wire to the ground source on the engine.
Step 3
Connect Red 12v Power wire to the ring terminal.
Step 4
Locate MPC-20 Connector and remove. You will need to pull up on the top grip to detach the connector.
Step 5
Once removed, you will need to detach the yellow wedge lock from the face of the connector. Gently lift on the tabs to allow full removal of the yellow wedge lock.
Step 6
Insert the green wire to pin 12 and connect the white wire to pin 13 on the MPC-20 connector.
Step 7
Close connector and reconnect to MPC-20.
Step 8
Reattach the wind machine battery.
Step 9
Turn on the MPC-20 and Update the firmware. Turn off the MPC-20 when completed.

Step 10
Connect the new wiring harness to the Altrac Station via the 12-pin connector on the control line.
HINT: You should tuck the connector up under the wind machine hood when you are finished installing to maximize weather protection.
Step 11
Connect temperature probe and any other sensors to appropriate connections.
