Alerts are text messages, phone calls, or emails sent to a user to notify them of a sensor value reached or a machine state. These are setup through the webapp.
How do I set up an alert?
Login to your Altrac account at app.altrac.io/app/login. Navigate to the device that will trigger the alert. In the settings page of the device, click 'Create New Rule'.
Where do I receive an alert?
We send text messages (SMS), phone calls, and emails.
Am I able to send text or phone call alerts to multiple people?
Yes. We do not have a limit to the number of recipients or texts/calls you can setup.
Is there a limit to the number of alerts I can setup?
No. Set up as many as you need.
I set up an Alert on my wind machine but I'm not receiving the Alert?
Some cell phone providers will block calls from our platform from going through. To resolve this issue we ask that you save the (541)359-2804 in your contacts list. This will unblock the number and allow you to receive the alert phone calls for this machine.
